The City of Warner Robins, Georgia, has officially opened its new Real Time Crime Center (RTCC), a cutting-edge facility designed to enhance public safety through real-time data access, live surveillance, and advanced analytics. The RTCC was custom-designed and built by Fountainhead Control Rooms Inc., a U.S.-based leader in control room solutions.
Fountainhead provided fully customized technical furniture and integration for the RTCC, equipping the space with purpose-built consoles that support high-performance operations. The control room’s design prioritizes operator comfort, workflow efficiency, and around-the-clock functionality—key requirements for modern public safety environments.
Designed to Empower Law Enforcement
Located at the Warner Robins Law Enforcement Center, the RTCC serves as a centralized hub where law enforcement personnel can monitor and respond to incidents as they occur. By consolidating access to critical systems—including traffic cameras, license plate recognition, public safety databases, and unified communications—the RTCC significantly improves situational awareness and response coordination for the Warner Robins Police Department.
A Smarter, Safer Community
This new facility acts as a force multiplier for local law enforcement, enabling officers to operate more proactively and effectively while strengthening community safety. With this advanced infrastructure in place, the city is better equipped to prevent crime, support investigations, and protect its residents.
Fountainhead Control Rooms is proud to have contributed to the success of this project, supporting Warner Robins in its mission to build a safer, smarter community.
