Supporting 9-1-1 and Emergency Communications Environments

Fountainhead Control Rooms designs and builds mission-critical decision environments for organizations where people, technology, and information come together to support critical operations. For 9-1-1 and emergency communications centers, solutions can include custom operator consoles, ergonomic workstations, AV integration, video walls, technology coordination, and supporting infrastructure.

The company provides both complete turnkey control room solutions and individual project components, allowing agencies to engage Fountainhead for an entire environment or for specific needs such as control room consoles or AV integration.

“We're looking forward to spending time with the 9-1-1 community at CALNENA and learning more about what agencies are working toward,” said Noah White, Fountainhead Control Rooms. “Every emergency communications center has its own operational requirements, technology, and challenges. The more we understand those needs, the better we can help create environments that support the people doing this critical work.”

Five-Minute Presentation from Fountainhead

As part of its participation, Noah White will deliver a brief five-minute presentation introducing Fountainhead Control Rooms and its approach to supporting 9-1-1 and other mission-critical operations.

The presentation will provide an overview of Fountainhead's capabilities and its approach to designing and integrating environments around the people, technology, and workflows that make each operation unique.

Fountainhead's capabilities extend beyond the physical console, bringing together control room design, custom technical furniture, AV integration, video walls, ergonomic solutions, and technology coordination into a cohesive operational environment.

For agencies that already have a design or furniture plan in place, Fountainhead can also provide individual services or components to complement an existing project.

Connecting with California's 9-1-1 Community

The CALNENA Fall Meeting provides an opportunity for 9-1-1 professionals to exchange ideas, hear updates affecting California's emergency communications community, and connect with peers and industry professionals.
