Inside the NRTCCA Training Facility

The NRTCCA Training Facility was built for police officers, firefighters, EMS personnel, dispatchers, Real Time Crime Center (RTCC) personnel, loss prevention personnel, supervisors, analysts, prosecutors, and others in the RTCC profession. It offers a wide assortment of resources and learning opportunities for those audiences.

The facility includes three training classrooms, two conference rooms, a Podcast Room sponsored by Peregrine, Showcase Rooms sponsored by public safety technology providers, a Fire/EMS Room, an Investigation Room, a Wellness Room, and the Operation Room.

Fountainhead, Samsung and VuWall in the Operation Room

During the Open House, Fountainhead will join Samsung and VuWall in the facility's Operation Room, where attendees can see how the physical workspace, displays and supporting technology come together within an operational environment.

The collaboration provides visitors with an opportunity to experience the room in person and discuss how different elements of an operations space can support the people using it.
